How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At Utrechtse Mode we strive to process orders quickly. Orders placed on workdays before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day. The delivery times for many of our products vary between 6 and 10 workdays, because they are shipped directly from our suppliers.

We use Track & Trace for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to the order status page. Here you can track the current status of your order. It may take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
How can I return items?
If you have any doubts or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions stated on the website. As soon as we receive the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.
